General Conditions of Sale Groups

Applicable to groups from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024

The general conditions below govern the relationship between the company LJF GESTION-ELIOVA, hereinafter referred to as ELIOVA, and its customers.

1 - RATES

They have been established as at 01/04/2023. They may be increased if, between 01/04/2023 and the start date of the service, the cost of living rises by 5% (official consumer price index for France as a whole) or if the increase in energy costs exceeds 10% over the same period. They may also be revised in the event of a change in the tax regulations applicable to our business (e.g. increase in the VAT rate).

Group rates are applied for a minimum of 15 paying participants. Eliova offers one free meal for every 20 paying participants for stays outside the high season.

The booking fee is 45 € per booking.

2 - RESERVATIONS - PAYMENTS

Reservations can be made either directly at our offices, or by mail, telephone or e-mail. The reservation will be final only after the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, as well as the file fees. After payment of the deposit, ELIOVA will issue a confirmation showing the total cost of the service, the amount of the first payment, the balance to be paid and the deadline for this payment. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the beginning of the stay. If changes occur between the date of payment of the balance and the date of the beginning of the stay, an additional invoice will be sent for payment before the date of the beginning of the stay. If this payment is not possible before the beginning of the stay, the balance must be paid on the spot. In the case of an overpayment, only the Paris offices are authorized to make the refund.

For all services that do not fall within the normal scope of the descriptions in our brochures, special agreements are made between the parties and are the subject of an agreement signed by each party.

3 - DISCOUNTS - SUPPLEMENTS

For children accompanying their parents and staying in the same room, the reductions are as follows, it being specified that the reduction is only acquired if the room is occupied by two adults, for a minimum stay of seven days and applies to the restaurant part:

  • From 2 years old to 6 years old: 50% off the adult price
  • From 6 to 12 years old : 30% discount on the adult price

For the occupation of a room by a single person, a supplement of 30% is applied on the price of the stay.

Any supplement to the original service must be paid directly on site to the person in charge of the establishment. In case of specific and/or religious dietary requirements, ELIOVA will propose a complementary price.

4 - RESPONSIBILITY

ELIOVA cannot be held responsible for any incident, accident or in case of local difficulties leading to a physical, material or moral prejudice, forcing ELIOVA, in the interest of the participants, to modify or cancel a stay.
